General Manager – Family Entertainment Center (FEC)

Location: Commerce, TX

Comp: $70K–$90K + bonus + equity

About the Role

Munch-Pin is building a next-generation family entertainment center, and we’re hiring a General Manager to lead it from the ground up. This role sets the tone. You’ll hire and build your team, drive performance, and create a culture where high standards and fun coexist. From financial results to guest experience, you own the full operation. Our facility includes bowling, arcade, soft play, restaurant, and bar, so we need a leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, hire, and develop a high-performing team from pre-opening through launch and beyond
• Own daily operations across food service, entertainment, and facilities
• Drive revenue, control costs, and hit financial targets
• Create a strong, positive team culture with high accountability
• Ensure a standout guest experience—every visit, every time
• Manage staffing levels based on volume and guest flow
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all regulations

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years managing a high-volume entertainment or hospitality operation
• Proven leadership experience building and developing teams
• Comfortable in a hands-on role—on your feet and in the action
• Clear, confident communicator with staff, guests, and vendors
• Guest-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of safety standards, health codes, and labor laws

Requirements

• Must be 21+
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Able to commute or relocate to Commerce, TX
