The Role: Agency Partnerships Lead, US (Fractional)

We work with agencies in Europe and South Asia. The US is the biggest pool of managed ad spend anywhere and it's the territory we're going after next. This role owns it.

Around two days a week, working straight with the founders. The company runs on tight process already. What doesn't exist yet is the US agency channel, and that part is yours: who we go after, how we pitch, what the partnership looks like. If it works, it becomes as big a role as you want.

What you'll do

• Build the US agency channel and own it end to end, from target list to signed partnership
• Get the first client connected at each agency, then go after the rest of the book
• Decide the pitch, the onboarding and the expansion path
• Shape deal terms directly with the founders
• Tell us what agencies actually need so we build it

What we're looking for

• You've worked inside a US performance agency, or you built the agency channel somewhere in martech
• Your network is current. xhyhwjd You can name ten agencies and the person to call at each
• You know agency economics cold: where margin leaks on a $20K a month account, how many accounts a buyer can really hold
• You're hands-on in Google Ads and Meta Ads
• You move fast without waiting to be told what's next
• US based, around two days a week

Nice to have

• You've built a partner or reseller channel from zero
• You run or consult for an agency and want a second engagement
• You've worked on multi-brand or parent-account platforms
