Customs Brokerage Specialist

Working remotely with a full-time schedule from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM CST, the Customs Brokerage Specialist will prepare, review, and submit customs entries while ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs and Partner Government Agency requirements, serving as a liaison among customers, carriers, and internal departments. Key Responsibilities Prepare and transmit customs entries accurately, ensuring compliance with regulations Identify and resolve documentation discrepancies while maintaining communication with stakeholders Establish strong relationships with customers and provide timely updates regarding shipment status Required Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Working knowledge of customs brokerage operations and CBP regulations Understanding of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classification system Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines
