Forklift Operator / Skilled Material Handler - Swing Shift Canby, OR | Full-Time | Union Position Earn up to $27.22/hour within your first year, plus bonuses, overtime opportunities, and weekly pay. Pay Progression Including Wage Progression And Shift Differential

• 21.50/hour starting rate
• 23.02/hour after 90 days
• 23.67/hour following the February 2027 contract increase
• 25.22/hour after 1 year

What You'll Do Operate sit-down forklift in the assembly department Move and stage materials for production lines Maintain schedule and inventory accuracy Follow all safety, quality, environmental, and production standards Qualifications 1+ year of forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment Basic computer, reading, writing and math skills Ability to work daily overtime up to 12 hours and weekends as needed Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work in an industrial environment Ability to wear required PPE Successful completion of pre-employment background check, physical, drug screen, and employment eligibility verification About Clarios For more than 50 years, our Canby facility has manufactured automotive batteries.
