About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Customer Strategy to lead the development and implementation of customer-centric initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the customer strategy in alignment with the company's overall business goals. This role involves leading a team to ensure a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and preferences, and using this knowledge to drive the design of products and services. The VP of Customer Strategy will also be tasked with fostering a customer-first culture within the organization and working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.

Candidates for the Vice President of Customer Strategy position at the company should have a proven track record in a similar leadership role, with a strong background in customer experience, product management, and marketing. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to translate customer insights into actionable business strategies. A deep understanding of AI and its application in the insurance industry is essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be adept at leading and inspiring teams, and have a passion for driving innovation and growth through a customer-centric approach. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and an advanced degree is a plus.
