Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement, brand representation, and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, coordinating activities, presenting products and services, and contributing to successful promotional campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing promotional events.
• Welcome attendees and engage with prospective customers.
• Present products and services in a friendly and professional manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support lead generation and sales activities during events.
• Assist with event setup, displays, promotional materials, and supplies.
• Build positive customer relationships and encourage sales opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective customers when appropriate.
• Maintain an organized and professional event environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, and professional personality.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
• Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
