What You'll Be Doing As a Day of Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person on the big day, ensuring everything runs smoothly and our clients’ visions come to life. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure everything aligns with the client’s plan. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and staff on the day of the event. Managing timelines and schedules to keep the event on track. Troubleshooting any last-minute issues with a calm and professional demeanor. Ensuring every detail, from décor to logistics, is executed flawlessly. What We're Looking For We’re seeking someone with a passion for events and a knack for organization. To succeed in this role, you’ll need: At least 1 year of experience in event coordination or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills.
