The Bilingual Spanish Relationship Banker will focus on developing consumer and business banking relationships, identifying client needs, recommending appropriate financial products and services, and supporting branch operations when needed. Key Responsibilities - Prospect, network, and conduct client outreach to develop new consumer and business banking relationships. - Complete client needs assessments and recommend appropriate banking products and services. - Cross-sell banking solutions and identify referral opportunities to support branch growth goals. - Retain and deepen existing client relationships through proactive follow-up and high-quality service. - Support branch operations, teller coverage, and cash-handling activities as needed. - Maintain compliance with banking regulations, privacy requirements, security procedures, and internal policies.
