Office Assistant / Document Processing Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to support document processing and records management operations. This role is responsible for receiving, reviewing, organizing, processing, and storing documents while providing general office support in a fast-paced environment.

Position: Office Assistant / Document Processing Clerk

Pay Rate: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Location: Bellevue, WA 98004

Duration: 3 + Month Contract

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, process, organize, and file incoming documents.
• Operate high-volume 2D and 3D printers, copiers, and scanning equipment.
• Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and escalate technical issues when needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and coordinating print and copy requests.
• Maintain accurate records, track inventory, and process service-related documentation.
• Coordinate the delivery and distribution of completed print and document jobs.
• Assist with general office support, including meeting room setup, reception coverage, and light office maintenance as needed.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures while operating office equipment.

Required

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of office, administrative, document processing, records management, or clerical experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
