Senior Patient Services Specialist - Heart and Vascular

Overview Senior Patient Services Specialist, Heart & Vascular — a front-office role coordinating complex scheduling, guiding patients through their care journey, and delivering a seamless, compassionate experience for patients and caregivers. This position supports life-saving specialty care and may involve mentoring peers and contributing to workflow improvements and patient access across the clinic. Responsibilities Coordinate complex scheduling for patients in the Heart & Vascular program. Serve as a key resource for patients and caregivers, guiding them through the care journey and ensuring a seamless, compassionate experience from start to finish. Act as a subject matter expert and resource to peers; perform all core functions of Associate and Journey PSS roles. Resolve complex issues, orient and train new caregivers, and participate in departmental initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. Lead by example, mentor peers, and contribute to improving workflows and patient access across the clinic. Qualifications 3 years of Medical office or related healthcare experience OR 2 years of experience as a Providence employee in a PSS position.
