Harborview - Ear/Nose/Throat Clinic has an outstanding opportunity for a Patient Services Specialist 2. Full-time, 100% FTE (40 hours per week) Day Shift Mondays- Fridays 8:00am-4:30pm

Located at Harborview Medical Center, our specialty clinic assesses and treats patients with routine and complex disorders, conditions and cancers of the ear, nose, throat and related structures of the head and neck. Our highly-trained surgeons, speech pathologists, nurses and support staff work hard to provide each patient with individualized treatment and information to support the healthiest outcome possible. We also provide diagnosis and treatment for voice and swallowing conditions, sleep surgery, and complete audiology services, including diagnostic hearing evaluations and advanced hearing aid technology.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging
• Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments
• Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information
• Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery
• Other duties as requested

Requirements

• High school graduation or equivalent AND One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience OR An equivalent combination of education/experience

Compensation, Benefits and Position Details

Pay Range Minimum: $21.82 hourly

Pay Range Maximum: $29.41 hourly
