Patient Services Specialist 3
UW Medicine Montlake Radiology Services has an outstanding opportunity for a Patient Services Specialist 3. Work schedule is full-time days, day shift/Mondays-Fridays/9:30am-6:00pm, 100% remote.

Primary job responsibilities include:
- Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging
- Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments
- Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information
- Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery
- Other duties as requested
Requirements include:
- High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience OR an equivalent combination of education/experience
- Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license, certification, and/or registration
