We are looking for a candidate who is highly confident in English communication. In this role, you will act as a phone screen call representative (proxy) without camera

This role is ideal for engineers who:

* Have strong communication and presentation skills
* Want to generate multiple streams of recurring income
* Have good experience to use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude etc

You can handle multiple profiles simultaneously, significantly increasing your earnings.

What You'll Do

* Represent developer profiles (resume and identity provided)
* Screening calls withou camera

Compensation

* Paid fix payment for calls

Example:

* 300 calls × $1 ~ $2/call = $300 ~ $600/month income
* Unlimited earning potential (based on number of calls you handle)

Required Skills

_Core Technical Skills_

* _Basic tech skills including Javascript, Typescript etc_

_Communication & Soft Skills_

* Fluent English (C1–C2 level required)
* Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
* Ability to explain complex concepts clearly

_Other Requirements_

* Reliable and responsive across time zones
* Strong attention to detail
* Comfortable representing a provided developer identity
* Ability to manage multiple parallel opportunities
