Domino's Pizza in Savoy, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at 507 Commerce Drive. As a key member of our front-line staff, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a great experience every time they interact with our brand.

• Provide exceptional customer service through friendly and professional interactions
• Take customer orders accurately via phone and in-person
• Prepare and make pizzas according to Domino's quality standards
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist in various store operations, including cleaning and restocking
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in taking orders and handling phone calls

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
• Willingness to learn pizza-making skills and Domino's specific procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not necessary
