We’re looking for a dedicated RN Cart Nurse who enjoys hands‑on resident care, thrives in a team environment, and brings compassion and professionalism to every shift. What You’ll Do As an RN Cart Nurse, you’ll be at the heart of resident care—providing skilled nursing services and ensuring each resident receives the attention and support they deserve. Your responsibilities will include: Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately Monitoring residents’ conditions and responding to changes Completing assessments and documentation Coordinating with CNAs and other nursing staff to ensure quality care Communicating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Supporting admissions, discharges, and care planning Providing comfort, reassurance, and compassionate care to residents and families Qualifications Active RN license Long‑term care or skilled nursing experience preferred Strong organizational and time‑management skills Ability to manage a medication cart and multiple resident needs Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Compassionate, patient‑focused mindset Crown Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is an equal opportunity employer and fully subscribes to the principles of Equal Employment Opportunity.
