About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Head of Individual Retirement Product Development to lead the creation of innovative retirement products that meet the evolving needs of customers. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the mission to help individuals build, protect, and convert their savings into reliable retirement income. This leadership role is pivotal in shaping the product roadmap, influencing strategic growth, and driving the development of solutions that not only enhance customer experience but also ensure the business's profitability and growth. The role involves overseeing the product development process, from identifying market opportunities to bringing viable concepts to market, all while maintaining a balance between innovation, regulatory requirements, and risk.
