About the Role
The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Individual Giving. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to secure major gifts from individuals in support of the organization's mission. This role involves identifying, cultivating, and soliciting prospective donors, as well as managing a portfolio of current supporters. The Assistant Vice President will work closely with senior leadership to ensure that fundraising efforts align with the institution's goals and will also be involved in overseeing a team of fundraising professionals. Applicants for the Assistant Vice President, Individual Giving position at the company should have a proven track record in major gift fundraising, with a focus on individual donors. A deep understanding of the philanthropic landscape and the ability to effectively communicate the impact of giving is essential. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree is preferred, in a relevant field such as nonprofit management, business, or a related discipline.
