FMLA & Disability HR Specialist - Flexible Schedule

Harris Health in Houston is seeking a Leave & Disability HR Coordinator to manage FMLA, ADA, STD, LTD and return-to-work processes. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex leave scenarios in a high-volume health system. Education: Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience; five years in leave and disability programs preferred with PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
