Territory Sales Manager – OUTSIDE SALES - Road Warrior

Position Overvie w Road warrior role responsible for driving sales of vehicle service contracts, GAP, and F&I products across assigned territory. Focus on independent and franchise automotive dealerships to grow revenue and market share
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct frequent in-person visits and presentations to dealerships throughout the territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer principals, F&I managers, and sales teams
- Deliver product training, sales support, and ongoing account management
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting and pipeline management
- Identify new business opportunities and expand partnerships with dealerships
- Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to leadership
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth contract administration and customer service
Requirements
- 3+ years of automotive sales or F&I experience preferred
- Self-motivated with proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills xhyhwjd
- Ability to travel extensively (road warrior – 80%+ time on the road)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
Compensation
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission, benefits package, mileage reimbursement, top of the line electronic equipment, phone reimbursement, and performance incentives
