Additionally, they uphold legal, regulatory, and safety standards, including accreditation requirements. Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience , an active RN license, and BLS certification. Skills required include strong interpersonal, critical thinking, time management, and technological proficiency. They must be able to adapt in fast-paced environments and respond decisively to emergencies.
