Why You Will Love LP Paid Time Off: You will accrue 14 days in your first year and increases over time with tenure. Volunteer Time Off: You will accrue 40 hours in your first year. Position Details Pay: $25.58/hr Tasks Receive, read, and organize resumes for open positions; screen candidates for the interviewing phase and connect viable candidates with hiring managers; advise candidates on the interview and hiring process Follow up with hiring managers after the interview process to determine whether a placement can be made; collect feedback when placement is unsuccessful to improve recruiting strategy Consult with department leadership to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for the specified vacant positions Update applicable databases and onboarding documentation in accordance with legal compliance standards to ensure information is organized, secure, and compliant; review documentation to ensure Logical Position polices are being followed Maintain compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment laws and regulations Assist leadership with team projects and attend in-person interviews as needed Required Skills & Certifications 1+ years of Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or HR experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Friendly and upbeat personality while portraying Logical Position's core values Ability to interpret resumes and employment needs Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information Proficient in maintaining Recruiting information in databases including applicant tracking systems (ATS) Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively while working in a team or independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and telephone etiquette This job description indicates in general the nature and levels of work, knowledge, skills, abilities and other essential functions (as covered under the Americans with Disabilities Act) expected of an employee in this position.
