Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to warmly welcome guests and support their stay at our property in Georgia. You will handle phone inquiries, check-ins and check-outs, process payments, and maintain front desk paperwork in line with ESA guidelines. You will assist with reservations, upsell where appropriate, and ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
