This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from posting job openings and screening applicants to coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding processes. The specialist will ensure clear communication with clients and candidates, delivering efficient recruitment solutions tailored to mid-level roles.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified mid-level candidates
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews
• Post job openings across relevant platforms
• Screen applicants to assess suitability
• Maintain clear and timely communication with clients
• Support onboarding activities for new hires

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in recruitment
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong interviewing techniques and sourcing strategies
• Excellent communication skills
