PRO Services Specialist: Contractor Relationship Builder

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc.

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a PRO Services associate to build relationships with professional customers in the flooring contractor space. You will support the PRO desk, manage orders, and promote PRO credit solutions while collaborating with store teams to grow PRO participation.

The role emphasizes learning trends in the PRO market, cross-department collaboration, and delivering a world-class customer experience as part of Floor & Decor’s PRO priorities.
