Registered Nurse - Night Shift 3x12-HourThis position requires a night shift schedule of 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:00) with a block schedule approved.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team for a night shift position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, with the ability to manage a patient ratio of 1:2 in a community hospital setting. This role involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients.ResponsibilitiesManage patient care and treatments according to established protocols.Perform assessments, interventions, and documentation as necessary.Oversee clinical operations, including medication administration and care of ventilated patients.Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and provide updates on patient status.Support and educate patients and families to promote health and recovery.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in an acute care or LTAC setting.Active and valid RN license required.Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required.Travel experience preferred.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
