Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines across the care team
• Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in clinical decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• Proficient in both Epic and Cerner EMR systems with experience in each within the last 5 years
• Each position in work history must clearly indicate the charting system used; if multiple EMR systems were used in a single role, dates clarifying usage of each system must be provided
• Must have successfully completed at least one prior contract or served as an employee of an organization

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Acute care facility experience
