Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment
• Provide general acute care for a mix of medical and surgical patients

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• Proficiency in both Epic and Cerner EMR systems with documented experience within the last 5 years
• Each work history entry must clearly list the charting system used; if multiple EMR systems are listed for one position, dates must be provided to clarify when each system was used
• Must have successfully completed at least one prior contract or served as an employee of an organization
• No time-off requests (RTO) permitted; start date is firm

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Prior experience in an acute care facility setting
