Are you ready to take charge and make an impact? Krazy Bins, the largest Target overstock outlet warehouse in Ohio, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Toledo Warehouse Leader to join our team. What You'll Be DoingAs the Toledo Warehouse Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring our warehouse operations run like clockwork. Here's what your day-to-day might look like:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and organization.
- Operate forklifts to move and manage inventory safely and effectively.
- Lead and support your team , fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Manage inventory flow , ensuring products are stored and distributed correctly.
- Ensure safety standards are followed at all times to maintain a secure workplace.
- Perform hands-on tasks , including lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds.
We’re searching for someone who brings experience, dedication, and a strong work ethic to the table. Here’s what you need to succeed:
- 3 years of experience in a warehouse or similar leadership role.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to operate a forklift.
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on your own.
- A clear background check to ensure the safety and integrity of our team.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
