This role will serve as a key product owner across the product lifecycle, connecting customer needs, business priorities, R&D, design, and executive stakeholders.The Product Manager will translate market feedback and business requirements into clear product direction, helping ensure Foxit’s desktop editor products remain competitive, customer-focused, and aligned with company growth goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the product roadmap for Foxit Editor Desktop in alignment with company strategy and market needsConduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify growth opportunities and product gapsPartner with Sales, Customer Success, and customer-facing teams to gather feedback, understand pain points, and prioritize improvementsTranslate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, including feature descriptions, workflows, acceptance criteria, and release prioritiesCollaborate closely with R&D, engineering, design, and management stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality product deliverySupport product launches, including release preparation, internal training, product documentation, and customer-facing explanationsMonitor adoption blockers, user feedback, and competitive trends to continuously improve product value and market fitRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Product Management, Business, or a related field2+ years of experience in software product management, product operations, or business enablementStrong ability to understand customer needs, sales priorities, and market requirementsExperience translating business and customer feedback into clear product requirementsStrong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams across different regions and time zonesCustomer-focused, responsive, and comfortable supporting North America business needsStrong written and verbal English communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting North America sales teams, business stakeholders, or end customersFamiliarity with PDF editors, desktop software, SaaS products, or productivity toolsExperience working with global R&D or engineering teamsUnderstanding of product release planning, customer feedback loops, and competitive product positioningWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
