Sales Associate (Bilingual)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive shopping experience for all clients.
• Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and promotions in both Spanish and English.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets through proactive engagement and relationship building.
• Assist with store merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, organized environment.
• Stay informed about the latest products, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and inventory management is a plus.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.

Requirements

EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

SALARY/ BENEFITS:

• Base Salary Range $14.00 hourly
• Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits are eligible after 60 days
