A leading Chicago law firm is looking to add a Trusts & Estates Associate to its highly regarded private wealth practice. The group is Chambers-ranked and has a deep bench of experienced attorneys, including a significant concentration of ACTEC members. The practice advises high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning, wealth transfer and administration matters. The work goes well beyond traditional estate planning and includes advanced strategies involving dynasty trusts, GRATs, intra-family sales, family limited partnerships, business succession planning and other complex wealth-transfer techniques.
