Warehouse Office Administrator- Bilingual (Mandarin)

Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, manage front desk operations, and maintain a professional reception area. Answer and route phone calls, emails, and packages in a timely and accurate manner. Facilitate communication between visitors and internal staff, ensuring smooth coordination. Manage office supplies, tools, and repair parts procurement and inventory. Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, attendance tracking, and travel reimbursement. Support day-to-day repair center operations, including document filing, expense reporting, and vendor communication. Coordinate facility maintenance, equipment checks, and safety inspections. Assist HR with organizing team events, meeting logistics, and office environment improvements. Support warehouse and repair logistics, including package shipping/receiving, RMA tracking, and component list updates. Coordinate employee housing, vehicles, insurance, and other administrative logistics. Provide regular operational updates and reports to headquarters as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Administration, Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field preferred. At least 1 year of experience in office administration or related roles; experience in manufacturing, repair centers, or logistics preferred. Strong communication skills in English; Chinese proficiency preferred. Spanish a plus. Professional appearance, strong customer service mindset, and excellent organizational skills.
