As our business looks to deliver its ambitious strategy of growth, we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Scheduler to be the central coordinating role for weekly and daily maintenance scheduling across the entire Atlas Point facility, covering both the Batch Plant and ECO Plant.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the plant-wide maintenance schedulePublish the weekly scheduleBuild multi-week look-ahead schedulesCalculate and balance available craft labor hoursCoordinate daily break-in and urgent workLead the daily scheduling meetingServe as the central scheduling contact for Operations and MaintenanceIdentify and schedule windows of opportunitySupport backlog reduction and work order qualityOwn shutdown scheduling and execution trackingBe part of a team that values diversity, sustainability, and continuous innovation, where your ideas and contributions matter.QualificationsAt Croda, we believe our people are the heart of our success. We are committed to fostering an environment where you can grow, make a meaningful impact, and thrive.Experience:Experience in maintenance scheduling or planning in an industrial or chemical plant environment.Technical Skills:Working knowledge of SAP PM or an equivalent CMMS.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to build and manage complex scheduling spreadsheets.Working knowledge of Primavera P6 or willingness to become proficient.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities under time pressure.Other:Effective communicator with operations and maintenance leadership; comfortable facilitating daily meetings.Ability to work collaboratively across maintenance, operations, and engineering functions.Don't meet all the qualifications?
