Are you an experienced restaurant leader looking to grow with a company that is expanding quickly? We are seeking a motivated and hospitality-driven Assistant General Manager to join a rapidly growing casual restaurant concept.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, creating an exceptional guest experience, and playing a key role in a high-energy restaurant environment. The Assistant General Manager will work closely with the General Manager to drive daily operations, team development, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.

What You'll Do

• Partner with the General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and ensure consistent execution of company standards.
• Lead from the floor, creating a welcoming and energetic environment for both guests and team members.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members while building a strong culture of accountability and teamwork.
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
• Monitor service standards, food quality, cleanliness, and overall restaurant execution.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure a high level of hospitality.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily administrative responsibilities.
• Help drive sales, profitability, and operational performance.
• Serve as the leader on duty and take ownership of the restaurant in the General Manager's absence.
• Support the continued growth of the company by helping develop strong teams and future leaders.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and developing people.
• Ability to lead by example and thrive in a hands-on operating environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a busy restaurant.
• Positive, energetic approach with a strong sense of accountability.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

• $68,000$72,000 base salary
• 810% performance-based bonus
