Salesforce Platform Lead

Job Summary (List Format):
- Minimum 7+ years of Salesforce experience, including both architecture and hands-on administration.
- Lead or co-lead greenfield Salesforce implementations.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud (required), with experience in Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, automation, security models, roles, profiles, permission sets, and reporting.
- Responsible for managing Salesforce platform ownership post-implementation.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Dynamics GP).
- Work closely with System Integrators, consulting partners, and vendors.
- Ability to configure and maintain Salesforce flows, manage user access, troubleshoot issues, and handle integrations (no deep Apex coding required).
- Strongly preferred: Experience in manufacturing, distribution, field service, or food & beverage industry.
- Familiarity with iPaaS tools such as Workato or SmartConnect.
- Experience with data governance, reporting, and sales enablement.
- Exposure to CPQ, Field Service, or analytics tools is a plus.
- Must be local to St. Louis, MO, or willing to relocate (no remote).
- Must be able to convert to full-time without sponsorship.
- Interview process includes Teams (video) and in-person interviews.
- Start date anticipated within 2 weeks.
