Administrative Assistant - Northern Food IE Inc - Westbury

We are looking for a reliable, organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The candidate will have at least 3 years of administrative experience and be fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).

Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and staff
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and communicate with customers, vendors, and employees
• Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents, records, and reports
• Handle data entry, filing, scheduling, and other office tasks
• Assist with payroll, invoices, purchase orders, and other basic accounting-related administrative duties
• Coordinate communication between management, employees, customers, and vendors
• Assist with daily office operations and special projects
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive company information professionally
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of administrative or office management experience
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin), both written and spoken
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently

Salary: $50,000 $65,000 yearly
