Collaborative Support Programs seeks a Housing Supports Worker in Salem County, NJ to help individuals secure and maintain stable housing. You will provide pre-tenancy and tenancy-sustaining services, supporting independent living skills and goal attainment. 50–75% of time spent in the community.
