Overview As a Classroom Teacher, you will lead a classroom of diverse learners, delivering engaging, high‑quality instruction aligned with state and school‑specific standards. Full‑time Classroom Teacher Compensation and Benefits Compensation Base Salary Sign‑On Bonus Retention Stipend Enrollment Incentive Stipend Employer 401K Match (2.5% of Base Salary) Total Possible Compensation Package: $57,187.50 Benefits Medical, Dental, Prescription drug, and Vision Life insurance and Voluntary life insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) - Vacation, Sick, Personal Franklin Academy is a Drug‑Free Workplace. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent). Possession of, or eligibility for, valid teaching certification.
