A commercial real estate company develops and manages industrial, office, and retail properties and has Fortune 500 clients. Join a fun and growing office of great professionals at this 35+ year successful firm. This Senior Property Accountant's responsibilities will include:Accounts receivable – Cash application from all payment sources, updating property managers and clients on delinquencies and collection activityFull-cycle accounts payableMonth End CloseFinancial Statement AnalysisCAM/Tax/Insurance Monthly/Quarterly/Annual reconciliations and billingsReconciliations of bank accounts, subsidiary ledgers to general ledger, and balance sheet accountsCalculating and processing construction drawsComparing Budget to Actual for active development projectsAssist with Budgeting and cash flow forecastingVariance analysis actual to budget for revenue, expense, and capital accountsAd Hoc Projects when requiredRequirements:Accounting DegreeExperience in commercial/industrial real estate accountingExperience in Yardi and/or MRI preferredAdvanced Excel Skills
