Bilingual Customer Service Rep

Our client, a leading logistics and customer service organization, is seeking a CWR Customer Service Rep to join their team. As a Bilingual (spanish and english speaking ) CWR-Customer Service Rep that is you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting customer interactions and delivery coordination. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Rep

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Pay Range: $18

Shift: Afternoon / Mid Shift 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, 5 days/week, Sunday guaranteed off second day variable

What's the Job?

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email to ensure smooth delivery and service experience

• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner, providing effective solutions

• Diagnose, assess, and resolve issues related to delivery and logistics

• Monitor progress of delivery routes and verify documentation such as stamps and scan haul-away pods

• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders promptly and accurately

What's Needed?

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues satisfactorily

• Experience with handling inbound calls, preferably within a call center environment

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively

• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is strongly preferred
