We are looking for a welcoming and dependable Front Desk Coordinator to support daily office operations. This contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a positive first impression, handling front-office tasks with discretion, and contributing to a collaborative workplace. Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors, employees, and guests warmly while ensuring the front desk remains organized and well maintained throughout the day.
• Manage incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and relay messages accurately.
• Coordinate routine front-office activities, including receiving deliveries, assisting with visitor needs, and supporting general office flow.
• Handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion and maintain confidentiality in all interactions and administrative tasks.
• Provide administrative support to office leadership, including reporting to the designated supervisor and assisting with day-to-day requests.
• Run occasional errands such as local bank visits or lunch pickup when needed to support office operations.
• Adapt to a Monday through Thursday schedule with shorter initial hours as needed, along with Friday coverage based on business demands.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by bringing energy, a thoughtful approach, and a service-focused attitude to the role.• Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, concierge, or similar customer-facing administrative role.
• Ability to operate a multi-line phone or switchboard system and manage inbound calls efficiently.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a courteous, detail-oriented demeanor when interacting with visitors and staff.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information responsibly and with sound judgment.
• Comfortable performing light administrative tasks and occasional local errands as part of office support duties.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to grow within a detail-oriented office environment.
• Ability to work in business casual attire and maintain a welcoming front-desk presence.
