Production Supervisor 2nd Shift Our client, an established Food Manufacturer is seeking a Production Supervisor 2nd shift to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a vital role in delivering high quality food products. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication and organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Production Supervisor 2nd shift Location: Fresno, CA Pay Range: $25+/hr Schedule: M -F, 2 pm - 10 pm (flexible) What's the Job? Supervise daily production activities and ensure production schedules are met. Lead, coach, train, and develop production employees Schedule and assign work to ensure efficient production flow. Monitor productivity, quality, labor, and equipment performance to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, SQF/BRC, USDA/FDA, OSHA, and company policies. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED. 3+ years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, food safety, and sanitation. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and production reporting systems. Bilingual in English/Spanish What's in it for me?
