The primary role of the Staffing Coordinator is to manage, coordinate, and confirm all staff scheduling in an efficient and timely manner to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is always maintained and to minimize gaps in coverage. Qualifications for Staffing Coordinator Licensed Vocational Nurse License Preferred Previous office experience preferred. Previous skilled nursing home experience preferred.
