Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education certification in any of the 13 eligibility areas
• Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged children
• Understanding of differentiated instruction and IEP development
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive classroom environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized lesson plans based on student IEPs
• Assess and document student progress toward academic and behavioral goals
