KPI Deep-Dives: conduct detailed analyses of practice-level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to pinpoint specific target areas for financial and operational improvement. EMR System Expertise: navigate and support practices across multiple EMR platforms, with a heavy emphasis on Athena as the primary system. Dedicated AMG Support: provide specialized, hands‑on revenue cycle support tailored to the unique needs of Ascension Medical Group (AMG) practices. Stakeholder Collaboration: partner and communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals, including clinical staff, practice managers, and corporate leadership, to align financial goals. Qualifications High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred. Additional Preferences Must have a minimum of 5 years in Ambulatory Revenue Cycle Management. Bachelor’s degree in related field.
