$78,000 – $86,000/per year

The Senior Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting and growing customer relationships while managing the day-to-day coordination and administrative activities that keep the sales process moving.

This is a highly collaborative role with regular interaction with OEM customers, external partners, and internal engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and operations teams. The Senior Sales Administrator will develop a strong understanding of the company's product lines and capabilities and use that knowledge to respond to customer needs and support sales opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and business requirements
• Support the sales process from initial inquiry and quoting through order coordination, product updates, and ongoing customer support
• Prepare and coordinate quotes, proposals, presentations, product information, and other customer-facing materials
• Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, and Operations to address customer requirements and resolve issues
• Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships and support new business opportunities
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, spreadsheets, presentations, etc.
  

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in sales, sales administration, account management, customer service, or similar role within a B2B environment in powersports, automotive, or similar industry
• Experience working with OEM customers and/or Tier 1 suppliers
• Strong mechanical/technical aptitude. Ability to learn technical product lines and understand how products are used by customers
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
