What You'll Do

• Provide urgent care services to a diverse patient population (birth to death)
• Perform procedures such as suturing, I&D, minor burn management, foreign body removal, and splinting
• Evaluate and interpret diagnostic tests including X-Rays and EKGs
• Manage acute conditions and stabilize patients for higher-level care when necessary
• Document accurately using Epic EMR system
• Deliver exceptional patient care across various outpatient settings

What You Need

• Valid Physician Assistant license in Virginia
• Prior experience in urgent care or emergency medicine
• Proficiency in procedures such as suturing, I&D, splinting, and point-of-care testing
• Ability to work independently and handle a varied patient load

• Certification in BLS and ACLS
• Experience with Epic EMR system
