What You'll Do Build lasting relationships with customers and help them create homes they'd love. Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through exceptional customer service. Guide customers through financing, protection plans, and purchasing decisions. Conduct in-home design consultations. Learn sales, design, operations, and leadership while preparing for a future management role.
