About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Provider Revenue Optimization to lead the strategic and commercial growth of its provider product portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and driving growth strategies that translate product investments and market opportunities into measurable revenue growth, customer adoption, and long-term business value. This role requires a leader with a strong background in healthcare technology, revenue optimization, go-to-market, or related roles, and a proven track record of driving growth and commercial outcomes. The VP will work across various functions, including product, sales, marketing, customer success, and finance, to maximize the commercial potential of the provider solutions and ensure alignment with the organization's goals. Key responsibilities for the VP include developing and driving product and portfolio growth strategies, leading the business strategy for emerging solutions, and identifying and developing strategies to accelerate the growth of existing products. The role demands a combination of strategic thinking, commercial judgment, deep market insights, analytical rigor, and cross-functional leadership to identify opportunities, diagnose barriers to growth, and mobilize the organization to achieve results. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare provider markets, buyers, workflows, and technology ecosystems, and the ability to establish clear performance objectives, lead cross-functional execution, and maintain visibility into key business metrics.
