Customer Service Specialist

Worksport is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for providing timely and professional support to customers, dealers, and distributors while helping ensure questions and issues are resolved accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound customer phone calls and emails.
* Assist customers with order status, shipping updates, product availability, and lead times.
* Answer product questions and help customers identify the correct product or application.
* Assist both B2C customers and B2B dealers/distributors.
* Process and assist with returns, RMAs, refunds, warranty claims, and replacement parts.
* Troubleshoot customer concerns and work toward timely resolutions.
* Accurately document customer interactions and important account information.
* Communicate order, inventory, shipping, and product concerns to the appropriate internal teams.
* Maintain professional and positive communication with customers, including when addressing delays, out-of-stock products, or other concerns.
* Follow up with customers when additional information or action is required.
* Work closely with Sales, Shipping, Operations, and other departments to resolve customer issues.
* Assist with order entry and order-related questions as needed.
* Maintain a strong working knowledge of Worksport products and applications.
* Perform additional customer service and administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Customer service experience preferred.
* Comfortable communicating with customers by both phone and email.
* Strong computer and data-entry skills.
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer requests.
* Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
* Ability to remain professional and solution-focused when handling difficult situations.
* Automotive or truck accessory knowledge is a plus, but not required.
